Terms & Conditions for The 4 Percent

Welcome to The 4 Percent (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your membership and use of our platform. By signing up for a membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership
- Paid memberships: Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime.
- All membership includes access to Mastering AI as Content 6-week program with additional support via messaging.
- All members receive a profile they can manage directly and view subscription from their dashboard.
2. Prompt Creation
- As part of this launch phase, members who join now have unlimited prompts to add to their dashboard. These prompts are randomly reviewed by The 4 Percent to ensure consistency and trust.
- You own all rights to your prompts. The 4 Percent is only the publishing platform.
3. Onboarding
- New members are invited to a group onboarding session to learn how to use the system.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds: No refunds are offered (there are sufficient demos to determine a fit).
- Cancellations: You may cancel anytime via the system and also in writing to allison@violetportal.blog.
- Upon cancellation, you may request to:
- Have your content and profile deleted immediately, OR
- Have your content remain on the site for an agreed period as part of your exit strategy.
5. Platform Development
- The 4 Percent is in its first iteration. Early members are part of the co-creation process. Some technical issues may occur.
- Additional features may be added in the future. Whether new features are included in existing memberships will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
6. Disclaimer
- We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of The 4 Percent, downtime, or technical issues.
- Members are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws.
7. Governing Law
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
